Quotewerks is a very versatile and flexible quoting system that generates sales quotes efficiently and easily. It is especially useful where quoting requirements need to be flexible or are complex.
Quotewerks can integrate with Ostendo where your quotes require more flexibility than Ostendo can provide, such as:
- Flexible and easy manipulation of the presentation of the quote. This can be done adhoc.
- Presenting various options of products and services in one quote.
- Make changes and track different revisions of the same quote.
- Easily linking detailed specifications, images and conditions to the quote. This can be done adhoc.
- Create quotes for prospects from your YouGrow CRM or Outlook without cluttering your client database in Ostendo with prospects.
The presentation of the quote can be customised, and then printed faxed, or emailed. When a quote is accepted you can transfer the selected options as a Job in Ostendo for job costing and tracking and create a new customer in Ostendo if required.
QuoteWerks can track your cost, selling price, and profit and allows for selling price and markup adjustments based on single-line items or the entire quote. You can also do old quote price refreshing, create bundles of items, item kits, see product price history, enter volume discounts, and link similar products together to offer substitutions. Quotewerks also has a powerful configurator to take you through a step-by-step process of creating products and services using other products.
Quotewerks also integrates with some of the top contact-management programs, such as You Grow, MS Outlook, ACT!, GoldMine, Maximizer, MS CRM, Outlook BCM, salesforce.com, SalesLogix, SugarCRM, and TeleMagic, allowing fast quote generation for customers already in the database. (Users without contact-management software can use the one provided in the system.) Another powerful feature is the ability to convert a quote into an invoice (once the customer accepts the quote) by using a drop-down menu. Quotewerks can also link to QuickBooks accounting software to convert your quotes into QuickBooks invoices. Alternatively a text file for invoices can be exported that many accounting packages can import. |
